In the first place let’s discuss what depression is? Various forms of psychological problems occur commonly in our country and all over the world. Depression mainly comes about one of them, and emotional state marked by sadness, feelings of worthlessness and guilt also withdrawal from others, loss of sleep, appetite, interest, and pleasure in usual activities. Depression often, associated with other psychological problems, in particular, panic attacks, substance abuse, sexual dysfunction, and personality disorders. People with depression are complete without hopes, anxious much of the time. They often love sitting alone instead of with someone else, remain silent, tend to behave in an abnormal manner, etc. Suicidal thoughts may also arrive in their mind.

People with depression don’t seek professional assistance or ask someone to hear their problem because they feel will they hear my problem? What if they judge me? Depression worst of all kills a person inside out. Henceforth, below mentioned are some of the procedures, a technique to reduce depression.

1. Building a Social Network

As can be seen, a healthy and supportive relationships can reduce and improve your overall health and sense of wellbeing as well. Building a network of supportive friends, or even just one supportive relationship, after all, can be vital to your wellbeing. Sharing problems, insecurities with your close friends often reduces stress. It involves helping people to evaluate and make sense of their troubles and problems. Altogether, try as much as you can to make a strong and supportive relationship with the best ones. This form of social support ultimately encompasses the concrete, direct ways people assist others.

2. Positive Attitude

On the whole, Positive health and well-being can be realized by having a positive attitude. Mainly some of the factors leading to a positive attitude are: having a fair accurate perception of reality, a sense of purpose in life and responsibility, acceptance and tolerance for different viewpoints of others, and taking credit for success and accepting blame for failure. Positive behavior thus especially enables an individual to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. Finally, being open to new ideas, and having a sense of humor with the ability to laugh at oneself helps us to remain centered and see things in a proper perspective.

Keeping oneself healthy, fit, and relaxed helps to reduce stress. Inaccurate beliefs can have a significant impact on self-care. Thinking about negative things all the time can kill a person internally and externally. Following daily routine specifically, consuming a proper diet, exercising, a supportive relationship, sharing problems, doing things rationally helps to reduce stress and mental illness. When a person seems stress-resistant he/she shows certain characteristics, for example, commitment to work, family, hobbies and social life, etc.

4. Improving Relationship

In the first place, what does a relationship mean? A relationship is primarily a connection between two people or more than two people. Which thereby includes, close connection, sharing of problems, insecurities, joys, and sorrows, etc. This relationship is known as a helping relationship. For a healthy relationship, communication is the best of all amongst all different terms. Communicating problems is affective in nature involving mild to strong emotional relationships. Always lend an ear to a friend or anyone who is going through a difficult phase instead of ignoring. When you communicate, share everything with your closed ones, it eventually helps to build a good and improves relationships bond. Especially, it occurs meaningful because it is personal and intimate.

5. Communication

The key to a sound lasting relationship is communication. This consists of essential skills mainly, expressing how you feel and what you think, accepting the other person’s opinion and feelings even if you don’t feel but, their opinion is quite the correct ones. Communication also requires us to avoid misplaced jealousy, sulky behavior, and misunderstanding. When you find a person in depression asks him straightaway what happened? Lend a hand. Appreciate him/her. Communicate, make them believe that you are with him/her when the whole world isn’t in support. To overcome such issues, communication eventually the best option to remain stress-free.

6. Request for help

At times, everyone feels depressed at a certain point. Some people prefer to sit alone and remain silent whereas others are agitated and cannot sit still. When depressed people confronted with a problem, it’s solution may not occur to them and may make numerous complaints. We may find some people overreacting to simple statements and situations while some may not. We perceive that they have some kind of psychological problem. These people who are often filled with depression tend to have suicidal thoughts running through their mind, they may feel the end is near. But, this isn’t the way to end a life so early where you have many friends. Sitting alone, not asking for help doesn’t make you get rid of depression but it kills inside out. Instead, seeking help from your friend, sharing all problems you face helps to deal with depression.

7. Family Members Help

A family is a group of people where there are 4 members or more than that. Often, we feel asking parents to help won’t be the easy way to get out of depression. Instead, we feel, we will get scoldings, we might no longer get to do things which we love too. We feel parents have almost total control over the young child. Instead, the experience is what plays a role. Our parents are an experienced person because they know what life is and how to overcome such situations. Parents also know how to tackle such situations. Being a coward instead of brave in front of parents won’t help to get out of mental illness.

8. Natural Therapy

Provided that, psychological help is available to a person who is emotionally disturbed to a person who is attempted suicide. This ranges from simple advice by a teacher or a wise person, consolation from a friend, parents, or relatives to a discourse delivered by a saint, priest, or a clergy person. All of these likewise make some impact on emotional healing. All these acts of people around us contain some elements of psychotherapy. This can be done by a trained person who deliberately establishes a professional relationship with a client, having problems of an emotional nature.

9. Meditation

Why do we support meditation? Because we not only make time to silence our mind but also bring to the fire a real feeling of relaxation. Meditation mainly helps to learn to control the relentless flow of thoughts. The main aim is to keep the mind still which brings clarity and inner peace. This is what the best type of relaxation is because we become free from relentless worries and anxieties of our own making. Everyone whether they are depressed or not should definitely find time to meditate for 10. To 15 minutes each day. Meditation thus detaches ourselves from the pressure of the world.

10. Environmental Influences

The environment in which one lives affects the way in which one perceives the stimuli. The surrounding has a continuous impact on the way we feel. The pleasant scenery of beautiful trees full of flowers, the range of mountains with the rising sun popping out from behind, birds flying in the sky in a symmetrical pattern, the sound of the ocean , the cool breeze, etc brings us in a blissful tough of nature. Such experiences are quite mesmerizing. We feel you and ecstasy. On the other hand, when we see a sudden landslide causing the death of people or destroying a house, we feel sad.

To sum up, I would like to say that whether whatever may take place, don’t ever lose hope. Don’t feel what others talk about you. You are a gem itself and nobody could replace you. If you feel depressed talk to a friend or whoever you feel is the good person to talk with. Ask for help and also lend a hand to whom you feel is not going through good times. This is what I want to conclude.

It’s here. Sony finally revealed the PS5 design in full at the June 11 reveal event. Sony’s next-generation gaming console will be called the PlayStation 5, or PS5 for short. Its predecessor — the PlayStation 4 — is one of the most popular gaming consoles of all time. Sony sold more than 106 million units as of January 2020. The PS5 price wasn’t revealed during the June games event and is likely to remain under wraps until closer to launch, The PS3 started at £425/$499 and the more recent PS4 came in at £350/$399. Sony is having significant troubles in keeping the cost of the PS5 down. How to solve Rubik’s cube

A step by step approach to solving this 3 dimensional combination

Around 350 million copies of Rubik’s cube has been sold making it one of the greatest selling toys of all time. It has over a million combinations and seems almost impossible to solve until you know the ‘trick’. We are here to help you learn how to solve this puzzle in the easiest way possible.

The first step in solving a Rubik’s cube is knowing the basics of the cube. The cube has 6 sides(Duh!) and all of them have different colors namely: Red, Blue, Green, Orange, White, Yellow. We must remember the orientation of these colors and the best way to do that is to remember the opposites. For reference:
White is on the opposite of Yellow
Red is on the opposite of Orange
Green is on the opposite of Blue

The cube has 26 pieces which include 8 corner pieces, 6 center pieces, 12 edge pieces.

In order to solve the Rubik’s cube using algorithms you must know the basic notations to rotate the cube. The basic notations are

F (front) Turn the front layer clockwise
F’ (front prime) Turn the front layer anticlockwise
R (Right) Turn the right layer clockwise
R’ (Right prime) Turn the right layer anticlockwise
L (Left) Turn the left layer clockwise
L’ (Left prime) Turn the left layer anticlockwise
U (Up) Turn the top layer clockwise
U’ (Up prime) Turn the top layer anticlockwise
D (Down) Turn  the bottom layer clockwise
D’ (Down prime) Turn the bottom layer anticlockwise

When the algorithm says “(F)” then you turn the front side clockwise. And in “(F’)” then you turn the front side anti clockwise and so forth for all the notations.
The pictures below will help in your understanding. Consider the blue side to be your front:

Step by step solution:

For solving the cube you need to choose one side as your base and the color opposite to the base will be you top layer. For example, if you choose green as your base then your top would be blue. It doesn’t matter what color you choose as base, it just a matter of convenience. In this tutorial we would be choosing White as base, thus making Yellow as the top.

The step by step solution is going to look something like this:

  1. Forming the white cross
  2. Completing the first layer
  3. Completing the second layer
  4. Forming the yellow cross
  5. Orienting the yellow edges
  6. Permuting the corners of the top layer
  7. Orienting the corners of the top layer

1. Forming the white cross

This is the easiest step in solving the cube. The goal in this step is to orient the white edge pieces in a cross. The cross must be formed in such a way that the edge pieces align themselves with the side center piece.
For example: A white-green edge piece must align itself with the green center piece as shown below

We recommend you solve this step without the algorithms given below. You don’t have to worry about the rest of the cube getting disordered, just focus on forming the white cross. Below are a few examples of situations you might get stuck in:

You will find a situation where the edge piece is in the right place but has been oriented wrong. Use the following algorithm in such scenario.

Sometimes the edge piece is on the right face but is misaligned. Use the above algorithm in the following scenario.

2. Complete the first layer

In this step we align the white corner pieces. In order to do so first we locate the piece that must be aligned.
Keep the white layer with the cross on the top and twist the bottom layer till you find a white corner piece which fits.

Keep the white layer on top and the white corner piece facing your right.
Then use the following algorithm till the white corner piece orients itself on the top:

It usually takes 3-4 iterations of the above algorithm to orient the piece.

Note: It doesn’t matter which way the white side of the corner piece is facing as long as the corner piece is directly below where it needs to be oriented.

Exception cases:
In case you don’t find any white corner piece in the bottom layer, they will be on the top layer but not properly oriented. In such cases, with white layer at top, keep the corner piece to your right side and use the below algorithm to bring the piece to the bottom layer and continue the above steps to orient it:

3. Completing the second layer

Up until this point it was quite easy to solve the cube without algorithms. From now on we will need a few algorithms which are easy to learn.
For this step we will keep the white layer facing down which will make the yellow layer out top layer.

We will be requiring 2 algorithms for this step : Left and Right
First we twist the top layer(yellow face) to identify a non yellow edge piece. We will match the color of the edge piece facing down to it’s corresponding center. Then we will check if the edge piece needs to go RIGHT or LEFT and use the corresponding algorithm to orient it.


For example: If we find on the top layer, a Blue-Red edge piece in which blue is facing down, then we will twist the top layer till we align the blue edge piece to the blue center. Then we will check if red is on the right side or the left side and use the corresponding algorithm the orient it.

Left algorithm: U’ L’ U L U F U’ F’
Right algorithm: U R U’ R’ U’ F’ U F

Exception cases:

In cases there is no non-yellow edge piece on the top layer then they will be in the second layer but oriented in the wrong way. In this case locate that piece and keep it to the right side and use the RIGHT side algorithm to push that piece to the top layer.
Then solve it using the above steps.

4. Forming the yellow cross

In this step we will form the yellow cross on the top layer. Focus only on the yellow edge pieces on the top layer. You might reach on any of the below cases after forming the second layer.
In some cases the yellow cross might form itself. In that case skip this step.

We will use the following algorithm to solve it:

There are 3 cases in this scenario:

Case A: The dot
If no edge pieces are yellow above the top layer then use the above algorithm to reach the “Inverted L” case explained below.

Case B: The inverted L
If the edge pieces form an inverted L then place the inverted L on the top left side and use the above algorithm to reach the “line” case explained below.

Case C: The line
If the edge pieces form a line then place the line in such a way that it is perpendicular to your line of sight and use the above algorithm to reach the “cross”.

5. Orienting the yellow edges

Now that edges have been permuted in their respective positions we need to orient them correctly.
Twist the top layer till you find at least two of the yellow edge pieces match their respective side center pieces.

You will have two cases here

CASE A: The matching edge pieces are side by side

In such a case keep one of the matching edge piece behind you and the adjacent one to your right side. Use the following algorithm:

CASE B: The matching edge pieces are opposite sides

For example: if the side edge pieces matching with their center pieces are either ORANGE & RED or GREEN & BLUE
In such cases we keep one of the matching edge piece in front of you and one directly behind you. Use the following algorithm and you will reach CASE A and can solve it further.

6. Permuting the corners of the top layer

In this we will permute the yellow corners of the top layer. In order to do this we need to find one corner piece which is permuted correctly.
By that we mean the corner piece is in the right place even if it is not oriented correctly.

For example:
If the Yellow-Red-Blue corner piece is between the Yellow-Red-Blue Center then it is permuted correctly.

Once that piece is identified, keep the piece on the right hand side and use the below algorithm to permute the rest of the pieces.

Note: Keep doing the algorithm till all of the pieces are permuted.

Exception cases:

In case no corner is permuted in its correct position then use the above algorithm on any of the corners till you find a corner that is permuted.

7. Orienting the corners of the top layer

Once all the pieces are permuted, take any piece which is not oriented and place it on the top right side and perform the algorithm till it is oriented:

Once that piece is oriented without changing the side facing you only twist the top layer till you have another yellow corner piece on the top right side. Perform the above algorithm till that piece has yellow on the top.

Again twist only the top layer till you find another yellow corner piece on the top tight side.


Once, all the yellow corner pieces are oriented,
