During lockdown, Delivery services took a hit with government restrictions, logistics issues and reducing the strength of manpower. As a result, Amazon Pantry services were paused in most cities. This was due to logistics, manpower and delivery issues being faced during the lockdown. With government easing out lockdown rules for logistics and delivery person, Amazon Pantry services have now resumed in may cities.
As per the website, Amazon Pantry is taking new orders in many cities now. This includes Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Kolkata, Hooghly, Howrah, Hyderabad, Guntur, Vijaywada, Vishakhapatnam and Warangal. Please note that, Priority is being given to existing orders.
